NO Holiday Deliveries, Contact the buyer/sales for deliveries that land on a holiday
All ALDI orders are received via EDI. All fresh orders require a KL code, which is assigned by the system (KL=required date + 12 days)
ALDI FRESH ORDERS REQUIRE A 4-DAY LEAD TIME. ALDI FROZEN ORDERS REQUIRE A 7-DAY LEAD TIME.
REVISIONS: Include Tim Lotesto, and Mike Biggio in all emails!!
STEP ONE – PRINT A DAILY REPORT
"P:\Operations_Reports\Operations Detail Spreadsheet Portal.xls"
o Click Operations Detail Spreadsheets
o Under Special Fresh Customers click ALDI
o ALDIORDERS opens. Click Update Orders (on the Report tab)
§ Spreadsheet will refresh and show all current orders in the adage. (Fresh is highlighted in yellow)
o Click on tab REPORT (2) to print out FRESH orders (set print area to assure all rows print)

Tim Lotesto sent us info on new frozen versions of the fresh raisin bread and rolls.
Contact IT if you experience any issues with an ALDI location ordering Raisin Bread or split rolls (or ordering the wrong item number).
