Changes can only be made two days prior to the delivery and before 3:30 pm. When a standing order update is make sure all orders in the system are updated with those new totals.
Required/Promise dates are the customer’s sales date of delivery on the PO.

Note:
- Every store will have a standing order for their designated sales day. IT is currently entering these orders day by day. Any POs received via email should be entered for the correct sales day. This order will automatically cancel out any standing order in the Adage.
- Carrols LLC locations are the only stores that have a system to submit an actual pdf copy of a PO with a PO number provided. However, their system is currently not allowing them change to their required delivery date; you must contact the store to confirm the date of delivery if not advised until this has been corrected. All other stores will need to have POs assigned.
- Orders received on Sunday for Tuesday delivery must be entered first thing Monday morning and sent to Late Adds.
