How to Pull users from the Arhieve group:

cannotWhen we disable a user in AD, KB4 moves them to the Achieve group. However, when we reactivate a user, KB4 is unable to pull them out of the Achieve group automatically, and we need to do it manually.


  1. Enable users in AD first
  2. Login into Knowbe4 (Admins need to log in with user credentials)
  3. Go to Users tap > users > choose the Archived’ option for Status.
  •  Next search the user by email or name on the search bar.

  1. Select the option and click restore.
